How the search works.
Where do the results open?
On my Realty ONE Group home search, in a new tab. It is the full Las Vegas MLS, and every filter you set here carries over. You can keep changing them there.
Do I have to sign up to look?
No. The first few homes open with nothing in the way. After that the search invites you to create an account so you can save favorites. If you’d rather keep looking, close the box with the X in its corner and carry on.
How do I get new listings emailed to me?
The easy way: run a search, then ask me to set it up. What you searched for comes along, and I’ll have matching homes emailed to you as they list. On a computer you can also do it yourself: tap Save Search above the results and create an account.
Is there an app for my phone?
Yes. The Realty ONE Group Home Search app has the full search on a phone, with a map you can draw on and saved searches and favorites. Get it through my link so your questions come to me.
Can you just send me homes instead?
Yes. Tell me your area, budget and must-haves and I’ll set up the alerts myself, so the right homes come to you.
How does the 55+ search work?
It looks in the valley’s large age-qualified communities by name: Sun City Summerlin, Sun City Anthem, Sun City Aliante, Sun City MacDonald Ranch, Siena, Solera and Ardiente. If you type one neighborhood, the search stays in that one. There are newer 55+ communities too; ask me and I’ll send those.
What if I don’t see a neighborhood in the list?
Type the city or ZIP code instead, or ask me. Some newer communities are not in the search’s neighborhood list yet.
