Meet your agent

Megan Stephens, REALTOR®

I’m a Midwesterner, raised in St. Louis, and I’ve been a licensed agent in Las Vegas for 16 years. I work the whole valley, I tell you what I’d tell my own family, and I answer my own phone.

A home is the biggest purchase most people ever make. I take that seriously, and I’d like to be the agent you call for the next one too. More about me →

Common questions

Before you reach out.

Who pays your fee when I buy a home?

With new construction, the builder pays it, so there is nothing for you to worry about. On a resale home it is negotiated between you and the seller: I ask the seller to cover it in every offer, and if they will not, it is paid by you at close of escrow. You know the number first. Here is how it works.

Do I have to sign something before you show me homes?

Yes. Since August 2024, agents and buyers sign a written buyer agreement before touring a home, in person or by live video. You do not need one just to talk with me or ask questions.

Can I buy a Las Vegas home without flying out first?

Yes. I walk homes for out-of-state buyers on a live FaceTime call, or film them and send a private video, so you can shortlist before you book a flight.

Which parts of the valley do you cover?

All of it: Summerlin, Henderson, Northwest Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and the neighborhoods in between. For new construction I keep a separate guide for each side of town: Summerlin, Henderson and the Northwest.

How do I get new listings sent to me?

Tell me your area, budget and must-haves. It takes about two minutes, and I set up the alerts myself so the homes you get actually match.

Want these sent to you?

I can set up alerts so new matches come to you by email. On a computer you can also do it yourself: tap Save Search above the results.
